The company started its journey in 2015 under the leadership of our Founder Chairman and Shareholder, Mr. Kazi M. Aminul Islam. Mr. Islam was pivotal as the first Executive Chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) from 2016 to 2019. He worked as an Alternative Executive Director on the Board of Directors of The World Bank in Washington DC for three and half years. He was also a Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office in 2009. The company’s shareholding structure consists of 79% institutional conglomerates and 21% successful individuals who are well-established in their respective professions with a high level of business acumen and relevant experience. After Dhaka, we gradually extended our services to Gazipur, Bogura, and Chattogram.
