- Lease Deed/Registered ownership deed
- Relevant Baya deeds
- Development agreement with between Developer & land owner(s) (where applicable)
- Registered Power of Attorney by landowner in favor of Developer, (where applicable)
- Power of Attorney acceptance letter from concerned authority
- Mutation permission letter in favor of present owner from concerned authority (where applicable)
- Mutation khatian from the relevant land office
- Printed Dhaka City Jorip khatian, (where applicable)
- Recent survey report ( I.e. Math parcha dully attested by authority)
- Up to date Non-Encumbrance Certificate for 13 years
- Up to date land tax receipt
- Municipal tax receipt
- Mortgage Permission from concerned authority (for registered mortgage)
- Approved building plan with approval letter from RAJUK/CDA/ other relevant authority
- Any other relevant document as required by legal counsel
- FREEHOLD LAND:
- Registered ownership deed in the name of present owner
- Relevant Baya deeds
- Development agreement with between Developer & land owner(s) (where applicable)
- Registered Power of Attorney by landowner in favor of Developer (if any)
- Printed Dhaka City Jorip Khatian in the name of present owner or previous owner
- Latest Mutation khatian from the relevant office (DCJ Mutation in the name of present owner)
- Certified copies of relevant S, S.A, R.S & DP khatiansdully attested from concerned office
- Up to date Non-Encumbrance Certificate for last 13 years
- Up to date land tax receipt
- Up to date Municipal Holding tax receipt
- Approved Building plan along with approval letter from RAJUK/CDA/other relevant authority
- Any other relevant document as required by legal counsel
