- Valid Photo ID (Passport/National ID Card/Citizenship Certificate/Driving License) of the depositor(s)
- One recent passport size photo each of depositor(s)
- One recent passport size photo of Nominee(s), duly attested by the depositor(s)
- Latest TIN Certificate of the depositor(s)
- Latest Utility Bill copy of Permanent/Present address
- Source of fund documents – as required by Meridian Finance
For Institutional Depositors
- Deposit Account Opening Form (Duly filled in and signed by authorized signatories)
- Copy of applicable business documents as per the regulatory guideline such as:
- Updated Trade License
- Partnership Deed
- Memorandum & Article of Association with Certificate of Incorporation
- Form-X, XII
- Trust Deed
- Company TIN Certificate
- Board Resolution for subject deposit opening
- One recent passport size photo of each signatory of A/C
- Valid Photo ID (Passport/National ID Card/Citizenship Certificate/Driving License) of each signatory
- Valid Photo ID (Passport/National ID Card/Citizenship Certificate/Driving License) of shareholders holding at least 20% shares or more
- Applicable source of fund documents – as required by Meridian Finance
